Prime.

Prime Burger Restaurant, in Midtown Manhattan
For many of the guys that work here, the restaurant is like a second home - some of them have been slinging burgers, making shakes, and waiting on customers at this location for decades. Opened in 1938, the place hasn't been altered since the early '60s, and it looks all the better for it.

Here the waiters and workers of Prime Burger discuss their views on their chosen profession, and the unique nature of the place itself.

Produced and directed by Ben Wu and David Usui,
of Lost & Found Films (lostfoundfilms.com).

BLK. Water

1

Black water as it's called contains Fulvic Acid, a naturally occurring substance found in prehistoric plant matter. Blk.'s organic proprietary formula of Humic and Fulvic Acid is naturally black. When combined with pure Canadian Spring Water, the blend binds to the water molecules giving Blk. its signature black color, and a slight metallic taste. With a PH of 9+ Blk. helps to balance your natural PH levels making your body less acidic. Blk is also pure with no dyes, artificial flavours, sugars and it has zero calories.

Marben.

Simon Benstead's Marben is a farmhouse restaurant headed by head butcher Ryan Donovan as well as head chef  Carl Heinrich. Buying whole cows, they use 99% of the animal, embracing responsible and ethical means of food preparation. The result is delectable comfort classics, like John's Burger, stuffed with braised ribs, topped with local cheddar and decorated with Branston pickles and Denise's Pork Belly - served atop delicate cucumber salad and scallions. All meat is butchered in house and can be cut to order. For the hardcore carnivores out there, Marben allows customers to buy whole animals and have them stored and cured in one of their farms (you can also take your meat home).
